When you find a house that fits

your needs and preferences, submit a smart offer.

Check your email for a copy of the Texas Real Estate ​Contract. This is the form we'll use to submit an offer.

As your agent I have a fiduciary ​duty to lead the negotiations in you​r favor​.

Once our offer is accepted you have 3 business days to​ submit your earnest money and option fees.​

Issues to look out for include termite problems and structural damage.

Every home comes with flaws. The inspector's job is ​to point out any major repairs we want the seller to ​fix or​ give credits for.

Be prepared for another round of negotiations based on the

necessary repairs.

We may negotiate more money off the purchase ​price ​or demand that the seller make repairs.
